Be Prepared For Real Results

When you come to your first session, please bring our Confirmation of Health form so we can be sure that VacuStep® is safe for you. Wear loose shorts so that the air can circulate around your skin. Wear good socks, and slippers, sandals, or flip flops. Shoes that have laces are not allowed as they may get caught in the machinery. Also, bring plenty of water to your workout. It is VERY important to hydrate your body so that it can flush out all those fat cells you will be burning!

In The End, The Truth Is In The Numbers

We will help track your results all the way so you can see the VacuStep® at work. On your first official day we'll take full measurements in all the key areas and log it in your very own workout diary. Then we'll take another one at the half way mark (10 sessions). Finally, we'll take one after your final visit (20). This is where you will be really amazed. Not only will you see a visible difference on the way your skin and muscles look and how your clothes are starting to fit (or, maybe, no longer fit) you, you'll have real measurable results right in front of you!

Now, you have a decision to make. Do you continue on the 'Lose, Tone, Firm' mode of another 20 sessions or do you go into 'Maintenance' mode. There is absolutely nothing medically speaking about VacuStep® to prevent you from doing the 20 sessions per month for as long as you'd like. So it all comes down to what you want out of this and where you were at program inception. We'll discuss your goals with you and help you choose the best course of action that fits your life.
